  Extreme disappointment with this restaurant is what I have to say - I would give negative stars if possible. My Dad who recently passed away was a frequent visitor of Uncle's and for his funeral luncheon we made arrangements with them to prepare some special treats. The day of the luncheon arrived but apparently because the person I made the arrangement with was unable to work that day, no one fulfilled the order - what kind of business does that! They never called to let us know that the order would not be completed, not even a "sorry for the inconvenience" when my brother went to pick up the order. This left us in a terrible bind on a day that was difficult enough given we were burying my Dad that day. So thank you very much Uncle's, you can be assured that I will never darken your door again. I hope you are all very proud of yourselves and your outstanding customer service, I truly hope for you, that you are never treated the way you treated us.
